    I thought I read that Albers was a long reliever, don't we already have that in Wakefield? Yes, Wake is there more for insurance in the starting rotation, but I would think Doubront would take that role once he's healthy again. Any timetable on when he will be back?

    What does everybody think about Michael Young wanting a trade away from Texas? Apparently he doesn't want to be a DH.

    I watched quite a bitter of Julius Peppers playing basketball at UNC. He was pretty good, but as someone said earlier, doubt he could make it in the NBA.

    Benitez use to be the Liverpool manager and was recently sacked from Inter Milan. So the OP wants Benitez to come back and manage Liverpool. That's it in a nutshell.

    I don't like it because I still think Ellsbury has more potential now then Beltran. Beltran with his injuries has not got much left in him if you ask me. The idea of losing Papelbon for Beltran seems rather dumb if you ask me, we don't need a CF at the moment anyway. As for the Wheeler discussions, I would love for him to sign. A 1 year contract may not give him his due, but he apparently is wanting to play close to home and that may cause him not to push too hard for a multi-year contract with us.

    You're right, I wasn't paying much attention to whether the reliever is left handed or not. Does anybody know if Jenk's high ERA last year was related to his injury problems?
