  1. Its a Saturday night, and I decided to make no plans to watch the game. I feel lazy, and like a loyal fan at the same time.
  2. A-gon is hitting 4th tonight. Looks like they'll be switching things up a bit to start the season.
  3. Ugh... not more Yankee-fan children...
  4. Ordonez and Cabrera, this could be good.
  5. Burnett's command is slipping quickly.
  6. Dear Detroit Tigers, What the f***. You really believed that Brad Penny would come in here and pitch like a #2?
  7. Nolan Ryan. Sure, he had only made his MLB debut in 66, and was injured all of 67, but he still counts.
  8. Man, I'm not even happy about that homerun. That means no more hilarious limmericks.
  9. In his first year as a starter in the majors....
  10. I just want to emphasize that Wilson was #1 in BAA for all LHP in 2010.
  11. Note to self: Don't start fantasy Lester for another month.
  12. 4 runs in 3 innings. This offense is serious business.
  13. Fielding percentage... 0%. Worst 3B ever.
  14. Don't count the chickens and whatnot. One bad pitch does not an April make.
  15. WHAT HAPPENED?! Sorry, they didn't buy my sick excuse.
  16. I wonder if I suddenly got ill and needed to go home anyone would believe me.
  17. Not a good year to be a Card fan so far...
  18. 5 actually. Cano, Tex, Arod, Swisher, Granderson. Posada probably can hit 15-20 as a DH, possibly Montero over the course of a full season, and so could Jones, despite being who he is. They're about as scary as lineups come for a BoSox fan.
  19. Weaver is killing the Royals. But then again, that is one sad lineup.
  20. Carpenter made it to opening day? Well, that's probably a relief for STL.
  21. He's who I'm the least worried about, especially considering he was pretty much healthy back in September. I think this whole team has been taking it easy this spring, as you could tell by a 10 game losing streak which was followed by such a dominant outing last night.
  22. I'll be at work, hoping desperately NESN will replay the game at 7.
  23. Who is pitching, and what has he done with Beckett?
