Great game! I hope Wagner will be the set up guy for Pap from now on. He looked really good tonight.

I agree 110%. I would be shocked if they beat Beckett and Lester.

You know as well as I know, after getting beat as many times as the Angels have in the ALDS against the Sox it gets in your head. Also, the Sox have better pitching and if health, are a better team than the Angels. IMO, if the Angels get the Sox in the first round again, i believe it will end like the last few times and it will be a Sox vs Yankees showdown that the MLB and everyone else is hoping for.

If buchholz finishes the season out strong, i really think he'll get a chance at the number 3 starter. The only way i see it not happening if he sucks here on out or Dice-K come back and pitches like his old self.

Look the runner back and get the save out at 1B. He panicked and tried to throw flat footed: therefore, he made a huge error that gave the Sox two more runs. -
Haha, he just wants a chance to beat the Dodgers after the things they did to him. I think its funny. At least he is going to a team that has a good chance to make the playoffs. good for him.

I forgot about Wang's sinker. That's a great point, But again, for some reason, i really like Dice-K stuff.

IMO he just looks like a better pitcher. I think they are both good and maybe i'm a little bias because i'm a sox fan, but i think in the long run Dice-K will turn out to be the better pitcher. I think everyone freaks out because of how many pitches he throws, but he has been doing it a long time. With that being said, i think the MLB taems need to stop changing the Jap pitchers so much. i really think it throws them off.

He really is not ready for the big leagues. He could be good some time down the line, but as of now Byrd/Dice-k/Wake have way more experience. IMO, he would hurt the Sox in the playoffs. He just isn't ready. Maybe, just maybe, he could be a long PBR if someone gets in trouble, but that might be pushing it.

That is very true. Tito can go with a three man rotation. I might like that even better.

If the Sox play like we all know they can, they will be just fine playing anyone. Plus, i really hope they play the Angeles because that means i get to go to all the games out here:)
