Farrell needs to go. His teams show up with no heart or energy. These players need to look in the mirror as well

Why can't we compete with those teams? The pitching once again has been a joke for this team. We can blame the innings pitch or whateva but it's lame. This happens when you don't take care of business in the division and try to win it as early as possible.
