    hows it goin Spud? I got to say that I love that all of our SP (except Wake) pound the strike zone early, even if Smoltz isnt on top of things he comes out of the gate pounding the zone as do Penny, Clay and obviously Beckett and Lester.

    The Sox won the World Series in 07 because of that trade, do we wish we still had him? yeah, but anyone would want HanRam but we traded him for an ACE and a solid 3B and we are still great without him, I would not at all call that trade Stupid.

    ryan about the only thing you should feel good about right now is that you are better than the Nats. Im not saying you shouldnt root for your team through thick and thin because I honestly admire that but your farm system isnt as good as you think, the Bucs have a LONG ways to go they MAY have a winning season in 3 years if they are smart with their farm system but dont kid yourself about being next years Tampa Bay Rays.

    I wasnt referring to trading him I was worried about re-signing him, and I have no clue who goes on the FA at the end of the year, Holliday will be back on the FA so thats a possibility just not a possibility for a trade. so Who do the Sox trade Bay for? I have no f***in clue who, or much of a clue on who is available, or why the sox FO would have intrest in trading him.

    Sox got the + side of the deal a decent power hitter in a position that we need it for only 2 prospects who were doomed to be traded or wander the minors forever before ever seeing a start in Fenway.
