Richie Havens...I just re watched his opening set from woodstock and re-discovered how amazing he was. His performance of Handsome Johnny is one of the best performances ive ever listened to, although I obviously wasn't there.

I say we leave the team as it is until the off season, if we cant win as currently constructed then we probably arent going to win anyways so lets not get ourselves on the hook with anyone else, unless it is a very good WW pickup but I see no one that id label as a good pickup on the Waivers currently so leave the team as is.

I do like Trot I just dont like how everyone idolizes him and honest to god start to pass judgement on players that arent covered in dirt and emotional, I like those qualities too but they arent the way any player should be judged its ridiculous, and I still think that Trot is one of the reasons so many people dislike Drew so much.

those have all been made this year I dont think we cant truly gauge his failings this year for a few years, If Bucholtz or Tazawa become similar to Lester in performance and we bring in a few good deals we wouldnt have gotten otherwise it could very well change the way we look at his moves, we still might be upset that he didnt send us to the WS this year but its not fair to call for firing him on moves that were debatable. Just name the last Red Sox GM that has had as much success as he has in his first 5 years..

No. even if you are having problems with the way theo is currently running things 2WS titles buy him time to construct another championship team. it is not time to fire Theo at all.

I actually like that idea but I think the FO will be trying to pull in some SP, OFers, and a SS this offseason and then worrying about anything else so the chances of something like that happening are slim.

the other option is to put V-Mart at 1B and bring in another C but I dont see that happening and I dont know who will be available but it is an options.
