  1. You do realize we're only down by 3 runs without the Rangers closer or backup closer available tonight, right? Might want to consider that before you guys claim the season's over.
  2. Backtracking 101 Must be a CC course, never saw that listed as a class at a university.
  3. Congrats, I used a winning percentage that was a week old, you totally PWND me in your Stark Trek jammies! Let's be real. You're the laughing stock of this site for a reason. And I know twice as much about baseball as you do, even if you are a nurse.
  4. I think Jacko has a point in that Martinez and Niese are similar prospects. But that rumor about the Mets deal was false.
  5. http://www.cobrabrigade.com/photos/pink%20hat.jpg The Red Sox aren't winning past the 3rd inning of a game, GAME OVER. The Red Sox lost a game! The Yankees are a better team than us! I don't think they'll continue to play .700 baseball but I'm gonna go ahead and call everyone else that says that a homer. Spare me your bull for one night.
  6. [/b] I agree with that. At the same time, the Red Sox have been playing their worst baseball of the season and tonight was the first time they had their healthy lineup since April 9th. We're going to improve as well.
  7.:lol: And the Red Sox have played .700 ball with Youkilis not on the DL. Quit your lame ass, homer excuses. They're annoying and childish.
  8. You mean to tell me the Yankees have gone undefeated against the Twins? That cool. Please take your pinstriped glasses off if you don't want to continue to be the laughing stock of this site.
  9. They played the team they've had their best success against the last 7 years right before they played the Angels. That stuff evens out.
  10. Humor me, how is that contradictory? I never said he had his normal stuff all night.
  11. You're right, the Yankees will continue to play .700 baseball and we'll continue to play .333 baseball based on two series. The problem I have with you saying this stuff, is that you don't say any of it when the Red Sox are doing well. But when they lose a game you claim like you were right all along. I don't have a problem with criticizing the team, but you might be the most reactionary poster on the site.
  12. So no. That's what I thought. Feel free to make fun of other posters who think the Yankees will regress from their current .700+ pace though. I guess it's good for your internet cred.
  13. Don't fall back on the injury bull. Tonight was the first time the Red Sox had their healthy lineup since April 9th.
  14. Yeah, you're right. He can be sent up and down all year. But once next year comes around, we can not send him down the minors again.
  15. Seriously, what's up with all the come ons? Maybe calling me "champ" and "sweetie" was supposed to be some kind of insult, but in reality it just comes of as creepy and sexual...
  16. You're right, I'm sure the Yankees will continue on a 16-5 pace all year. Where were you with this bull when the Yankees finished 3 games back at the All-Star break?
