Cameron should go under the knife so he stands the best chance of returning early next season and being productive. Nava's latest tenure in Boston may be short lived as Ellsbury is likely to be activated Thursday or Friday. Maybe they'll dump Patterson, but I don't thinks so because Nava still has options. We'll see.
