  1. Only because you agree with me.
  2. That's my opinion, but it seems like a lot of owners are using speedy WR's at multiple spots (ie Percy Harvin, Johnny Knox, Dexter McCluster as KR/PR and WR) so that they don't have to draft the other position and then get an extra bench spot. That is what I've been arguing against the entire time. You can use a player wherever you want, but you can't use one player as more than one pick/position in the draft. You summed it up well with one player = 1 spot on the board.
  3. I think that we all agree on that. The confusion, or the disagreement, would arise if you drafted Sproles as your KR/PR, and not only used him at RB, but used your backup RB pick on another bench player, penciling Sproles as 2 positions on the draft board. We all think that you'd be able to use Sproles as a RB even if he's drafted as a KR/PR, but in my opinion (and where the others disagree) is that you would still have to draft a RB and a backup RB, even if Sproles is your KR/PR, whereas others would say that you can pencil in Sproles as your KR/PR and backup RB and then get another bench spot.
  4. You know what, screw it. If that is the way that you guys would like it, then I'm fine with it. I just want to make it clear that this is ok with you guys so that I can do it too.
  5. That was my opinion. I'm not going to make an official ruling until Kilo says something specifically addressing it. Otherwise I could just put Welker as my KR/PR and WR and then draft a 3rd bench player as a defensive guy. The way I see it, a player can be DRAFTED into one slot. They can play other positions, but they can only be DRAFTED as one. So if you draft Knox as a WR, then you still have to draft a KR/PR, and if you draft Knox as a KR/PR, then you still have to draft 4 players as WR. Again, Kilo can decide the ruling, but it seems that using one player in two slots (different than in two positions) is kind of cheap.
  6. Boston22407 is on the clock.
  7. We're going to have to work it out. In MY opinion (keyword opinion) is that you can PLAY Cribbs at WR, but you drafted him as a KR/PR, which means that you'd still have to draft 4 WR's (not counting Cribbs) In other words, you can't claim Cribbs as your WR spot AND KR/PR spot in order to draft 3 bench players.
  8. We can also skip Youker, so WhiskeyBreath can make his pick.
  9. I can't believe he's still alive.
  10. Not a good start for Texas. 62 yard kick return, and the 2nd play of the drive was a 30 something yard TD run. Not even a minute into the game.
  11. Congrats to JoePa for getting his 400th win.
  12. Michigan finally wins it 67-65.
  13. Youker can make his pick if he's online.
  14. I guess I don't get it then. If you have a player like Hester, Knox, Harvin, Mccluster, they can be USED as a WR and a KR/PR, but I don't think they can be DRAFTED as both. What I mean is, if you draft one of those WR's, then you should choose which position he will take on the table. If you put them in both spots, then that means you'd need one less player and can draft an extra bench player. My opinion is that if you draft the WR/KR/PR, that he can PLAY both for your team, but that he should only take one spot on the table, that way if you draft him as a WR, then you still have to draft a KR/PR, and if you draft him as a KR/PR, then you have to draft another WR.
  15. Kilo/MSU have until 2pm to make their selection.
  16. Kilo/MSU are still on the clock.
  17. Perfect timing, because now Kilo can make MSU's pick in the early morning.
  18. Yankshater is still on the clock.
  19. Anyway ytrb, it's hard for me to explain my point, but hopefully it makes sense. If not I can always try again.
  20. Anyway, Yankshater is now on the clock.
  21. Damn it Coco, I had him on my chart as Nick until I saw your next post.
  22. I guess we'll have to see what Kilo says, but by that logic, I can also put Wes Welker at KR/PR and then draft a 3rd bench player. As for the players that draft KR/PR that are good receivers too, those players can play WR (or RB in the case of YH with Sproles), but they can only put the player at one position for the draft. My point with that is that Mariani can play KR/PR and WR for your team, but you have to put him at either WR or KR/PR for the draft and still draft the other position. You can't put him as both and save a spot on the draft to then draft say, a backup defensive player.
  23. And Coco is still on the clock for the record.
  24. I think you have to choose between WR or KR/PR. In other words, you can't draft a WR as a KR/PR and use him for both spots so you can draft an extra guy for a bench spot.
