    I would be worried about my own team as Aroids tendons seem to be buckling now that he cannot strengthen them with STEROIDS....though I am sure he has had some steroid treatments during his current DL stint. Your pitching staff is a joke.. Burnett sucks...Ditto for Mosely and Vazquez.. Hughes is fading down the stretch like the little-tinkerbell he is. You have 1 reliable starter...lol! The Yankees will be LUCKY to hold on with 7 games left vs. Rays and a bunch with Sox.

    And Lester is garbage right? Lester with almost 2 full days extra rest? Since Lester's child was born he has 5 road starts. He has been UNHITTABLE on the road... 37 IP 22 Hits 4 runs 7 BB 39 K's Now anybody who has had a child knows you get NO SLEEP when you are at home with a newborn.. The disparity between his home and road starts since the birth of his child is EPIC. The Rays will be lucky to score tonight off Lester.

    The more and more I think about the more I think Theo spit the bit. I think they knew Damon would not come back and put the claim in there to block and if he agreed to come..bonus. They threw in the towel when they made NO move at the deadline to address glaring needs. Now they can use Damon as an excuse to the dullards. The people who have any brains can see they quit on the team.. If they hadn't we would have Scott Podsednick or Abreu as both have cleared waivers and both would help. Abreu especially as we would use him in left field next year fpr $9 mill. There has been no effort to secure a bullpen arm.. Farnsworth is having a great year and cleared weeks ago...Downs, Frasor...all would help and Toronto's demands undoubtedly have come down.. Face it..the Sox F.O. quit on them and don't think the players didn't notice.. Papi said as much around the deadline with his "We need Help"... f*** this front office.. I hope they lose the sellout streak..

    Time for some Portman Mojo Baby! Gotta bring out the big guns. Lester will mop them up tonight and we will get to Price. Losing the opener of this series is not an option and I would take Jon Lester over David Price to win a big game EVERY DAMN TIME.. The next big game Price wins will be the first.. f*** him..and f*** the Rays. The Rays and their fans(lack of) do not deserve a post-season birth.. we do. No team has ever, in the history of baseball, been decimated by key injuries like we have been and still been within earshot of the post-season.     funny thing here is Abreu DID play LF against the Red Sox last week...he made some good plays too. I would expect the Angels would want a decent return though. Abreu could actually give the Sox a real shot with his OBP capabilities, speed, and experience at the top.. Bobby would be a huge upgrade over what we have.

    Hey..I can admit when I am wrong. I had no idea witty Johnnie's feewings were hurt so badly. That being said I would not be surprised if Theo threw a midling prospect at the Tigers and took on the remaining salary. Dombrowski might just urge Johnny to go. My stance is I don't want him on the Sox if he truly doesn't want to be there and this seems to be the case. Sooo.. I hear Abreu and Fuentes were put on waivers.... we could use both of them and Abreu is MUCH better than Damon and would be an ideal leadoff hitter.

    If you think Johnny Damon is not coming..you are more of a dullard than Damon or FagsonianCrotch. He is absolutely coming. Dombrowski even sat down and told him they have no plans for him. Johnny stays..he rides pine in September and doesn't do s*** for his stock going into free agency. Detroit tried to convince him to go to Boston by trying and explaining to this nitwit that the Rays didn't claim him and the Red Sox want him to play! The Tigers love Damon so much that they are willing to GIVE him away for a measley 1.8 mill.. C'mon son..he ain't that dumb. Damon is hurt..he feels jaded and is probably dragging this out so Theo gives him some sort of apology...but he, like every other athlete is all about the Benjamins.. He is MORE pissed at the Yankees..and publicly dissed them recently. If he is all about the Benjamins--and we know he is.. he is coming to Boston. I guarantee you Boras is imploring him to go. He is coming and he will be a welcome addition to the top of the lineup.

    I can guarantee you this.. Detroit wants Damon gone.. Boston wants him..and he will not be in the lineup tonight for Detroit. Johnny Damon is 9-16 vs. Felix Hernandez with a ridiculous 1.611 OPS... He will be batting leadoff vs. Hernandez as the Sox go for the sweep they desperately need.

    Still think Hughes is better than Clay you f***ing imbecile? You have no credibility at all moron.. You are a dimwitted, simpleton..like every other Yankee fan I have ever met. Clay is an ELITE ACE and one of the best pitchers in the game.. I predicted as much at the BEGINNING of the year... You are a frontrunning ninny who has no apptitude to look at any player on the Yankees in an objective manner. Clay has been better than Lee, CC, and Felix so far and if he keeps this up..he will deservedly win the award.

    We will take care of the Rays ourselves.. Do you think that ANEMIC offense and STRUGGLING, injury-riddled staff will be able to win any of the games the Sox play? The MAY be able to beat Beckett...if Price is pitching..other than that...with Pedey coming back, the Red Sox are a much better team than the Rays at this juncture.

    Riddle me this...if Lester wasn't coming out for the 9th....why the f*** did Theo NOT run for Lowell? I understand not breaking up VicMart/Lester after 8 shutout innings...but if he is not coming back you make the move for a pinch runner... Thankfully that didn't bite us.
