Not for nothing, but Brock Holt has a 1303 OPS against LHP. He plays decently in LF too.
Honestly, Beni not hitting LHP isn't in my top 10 of issues with the Sox.
Porcello's last 4 starts have been the worst 4 of his season. He's going to turn it around today.
Keep the trolling to a minimum today you miserable f***s.
Only 22% of his AB's are against LHP. He currently has a 968 OPS against RHP. That would look great paired with a platoon guy that could hit lefties.
He's also just straight up mashing at Home 1143 OPS vs 645 away, which indicates SSS alert.
No, when you include the fact that the Sox had to give up a good number of signed international prospects AND not be able to sign anyone for a year, he can't get an A. Sorry.

He looks like a platoon guy now. I'd give him the rest of the year to figure it out.
I think there's a good chance that if they'll decide between JBJ and Beni in the offseason and grab a right handed platoon to use with the guy they keep (prob Beni).
This is just too funny for me. The GM that BROKE THE RULES AND GOT THE TEAM SANCTIONED TO THE POINT WHERE THEY COULDN'T MAKE INTERNATIONALS was strong at international signings.
Thanks Ben!
Sorry about yesterday. We lost because I was wearing a Braves hat all morning (i coach my son’s baseball team). I had it offprior to Sale giving up any runs.
The biggest problem is the newer ump equipment. They should go back to having those oversized protectors they had back in the day. They don’t get good positioning on the outside pitches anymore.
