    Pitchers are now treated like ballerinas. I actually have a theory about that which is supported by basically every baseball person i know. The reason that pitchers are now blowing their shoulders and elbows up so frequently is because they start throwing too hard too early in their lives. 13-year old kids are throwing full effort these days.

    I remember being told by a buddy of mine who got to see Pedro pitch for the Philly brass that he looked "fantastic" and that he even "hit 94 a couple times". I was laughed at. Well, the man has hit 92 three times and 93 once. Crow. It is to be eaten.
