So you're a switch hitter facing a pitcher that you know has an extreme reverse split. Normally you want to bat lefty against righties and so, but with guys with reverse splits, I wonder why I never see switchies take advantage.

Defensive numbers I choose to believe in suggest that Gonzalez is good, not great defensively. There's no shortage of other, better shortstops available.
