  1. f***ing dammit Xander.. We can't afford to give away outs and potentially a run with how s***** our offense is.
  2. They just made three outs on like 6 pitches and in about 60 seconds. Good job
  3. I wouldn't say they've got similar stats. Frazier at least has pop and gets on base. Marrero is just an all around horrendous hitter. Frazier is a 2 WAR player even with this down season.
  4. Porcello gives up an absurd amount of hits.. But at least its been no runs so far and he's been somehow keeping Judge in check.
  5. Still better than Deven Marrero lol. I'm not big on Frazier either, and would rather just call up Devers, but if were gonna trade for someone I'd rather it be him for cheap than trade big prospects for someone like Harrison/Lowrie.
  6. all these base runners and we can't score a damn run..
  7. Nationals just acquired Madson and Doolittle. Guess those guys wont be options anymore.
  8. Like seriously, why the f*** is Young Batting cleanup? He's so useless.
  9. Bellinger was only called up due to Injuries in LA. They got hit by a ton of injuries and didn't plan on calling up Bellinger till at least mid season, injuries forced their hand, and once he was called up, he got off to such an absurd start they couldn't send him down. Bellingers ability to play both OF and 1B also made him really valuable with all their injuries. I'm sure Devers will come up soon, but there was a lot of things that happened for Bellinger to be called up that soon. Pederson, Puig, Toles, Gonzalez all went down at same time, with Toles being a season ending injury. By the way Bellinger was the best fantasy baseball pick up ever. Dude has been a God.
  10. Interesting lineup today.. Chris Young should never bat in top 4...
  11. Moving Mookie down to 6-7 would be one of the dumbest things we could do...
  12. No. Apparently unless you're a millionaire you can't criticize millionaires and it'll also stop future players from coming to Boston....
  13. Despite his subpar numbers thus far, Mookie is still the teams best player. There is no reason whatsoever he should ever be outside the top 4 hitters. Even when he's struggling he's still creating runs with his speed and high IQ base running. For a team that struggles to score they need him getting as many opportunities to get on base as possible.
  14. What complaints could anyone possible have about Abad this season? Dude doesn't pitch that often but when he does he's been mostly good. 2.89 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, batters are only hitting .235 against him (LHH are hitting .194). He's also had two very clutch performances where he pitched 2 innings in extra inning games and got the win (@PHI and vs STL). He's been very solid, especially as what? the 5th option out of the pen?
  15. I can't believe these two teams played 16 innings and then have to play TWO games tomorrow Jesus.
  16. This x100. I wish we had a like button for this... Pablo and Crawford were both awful contracts but at least no one can say Crawford didn't care or put in the effort. He definitely cared and he did work his ass off, he just couldn't handle Boston for whatever reason, some people can't. If Pablo didn't have so many excuses and ******** and didn't show up overweight, I'm sure no one would have this much hate for him. Its a joke people think these athletes cant be criticized. Pablo made millions, didn't care, gained weight and was a horrible player.
  17. In his hypothetical scenario of that stat, they would be.
  18. It was a genius move by the MLB adding replay so they can increase the length of games and still get calls wrong.
  19. Apparently after you've been forced out. It's legal to run backwards into SS throwing lane and slide into 1B. Cool
  20. How is that not interference? What the f*** is Holliday doing?
  21. Really Kimbrel?
  22. But I guess either way it's a good move. It's Sale or Kimbrel.. arguably our two best pitchers
  23. I think I would've left Sale in to face Judge. That Gardner hit was weak and he's owned Judge today..
  24. I don't even care if he gets a hit or not. Having a #9 hitter that can at least have AB's like that is valuable. Way better than Pablos 1 pitch popouts.
