    JJ Hardy has surprised everyone this year... he's come up big hitting .331, 9 HR, 27 RBI, 23 R... also Fielder has develop pretty quickly, .295, 10 HR, 29 RBI, 23 R... Jenkins has surprised me playing very good as well and there pitching staff has done fairly well also, Capuano is 5-0, Suppan 5-2, Vargas 3-0, Cordero has 15 saves with a 0.54 with 23 Ks... The Brew Crew (awesome name) looks to have become a people's favorite, I think it's because there's no superstars, there just guys playing good baseball, and no one expected this team to be playing as well as they are... lets see if they can keep it up...

    I wonder if they could trade Tavarez and maybe someone else if needed, for a guy like Jason Hirsh... The righty is the Rockies #3 guy, this year he's throwing... 3.82 ERA, W-L 2-2, 30 Ks... he's only 25 and is in his 2nd year... doesn't sound to bad...

    I have a question, What if Lester doesn't pitch well in the majors?... Do you put Tavarez back in the 5 hole? Do you acquire someone, and if so... WHO? EDIT: What about Hansack?

    IMO... Clemens spit in the face of Boston... He went to the enemy... He doesn't need the money and he's getting WAY to much money, 28 Mil? ARod's getting 26 for a FULL year, and he earns it sorry to say... 1 pitcher isn't going to help a team that much, you still have 4 more spots you need to fill... and no one knows how good he still is... Over paid, Over Hyped... I think he'll be a good pitcher, but not great, anymore... I would have been pissed if the Red Sox spent 28 mil on Clemens... (Ya know the Astros need starting pitching too, he should have went there, probably won't win a WS though...) so, Welcome BACK to the biggest Rivalry in sports Clemens... It sucks you're on the Yankees but it should be an entertaining year... EDIT: one other thing that I realized, The Yankees are STILL trying to buy Another World Series... PERFECT EXAMPLE, Roger Clemens...

    I think that's the main problem, he probably gets jumpy with runners on because he don't want to give up any runs, yet he doesn't want to get stolen on, so he rushes all of his mechanics and looses command and control... He just needs to slow down, I like how the Sox management has realized this now... I think Dice-K can still go to the plate faster with runners on but if you watch him he looks like f***ing Brendan Donnelly... while his regular wind up and very slow and has pauses... just Slow Down Dice-K!... You know, I wonder if Dice-K actually knows what Tito and Tek are saying when they visit him on the mound, all he does it shake his head "yes" and says ok...

    I agree with you, I think we should have brought Loretta back for one year and have Pedroia slowly move into the 2nd baseman's role through the season...

    I wouldn't mind that at all, I think Murphy is wasting away especially in the Sox organization, I don't really see WMP starting after Manny goes(which is what I expect) I mean he's been in the majors for how long and he still can't hit how he should, Delcarmen should be a pretty decent RP but if we're getting Harden I don't mind giving him up either... I doubt this will be enough for Harden though...
