With a little power and RBI's, yeah, then he is. But he isn't hitting .270 or driving in runs. With RISP this year: 0.179, 0.343, 0.299, 0.642, 2HR, 26 RBI in 99 PA.
That's as bad as it gets, and please, don't come back "OH, but he is getting on base." You don't get paid $14 million to get on base, you get paid that to drive in runs. He came in as a 5 hitter, not some bottom of the lineup chump.
