    and it shouldnt surprise anyone that your team has the #2 and #3 payrolls of all time among world series champs? A salary cap affects you too there skippy. And dont believe for a second that the MLB would be better off without it's two most marketable teams being successful. In the end, you have no gripe at all with the Yankees. If you were a Pirates fan, then maybe you'd have a gripe. But a sox fan complaining about how the Yankees reinvest their money into their franchise is like 2 fat, rich guys complaining about the check after dinner.

    We need one other starter to get hot. If Pettitte comes back and pitches well, then we should be fine. AJ is what he is. Either dominant or sucky, and he was that in the playoffs last yr. We got by on one ace, one hit or miss guy and one consistently average guy.
