Garcia is crafty. He has a ton of big league experience and knows how to pitch. He gets by without a big fastball because he throws a 4 seamer, a 2 seamer, a change, a slider and a splitter. He varies his slider to be a slurve at times and sometimes is looks like a curve. The guy has pulled a Mussina at this point, a converted power pitcher who has learned how to pitch. If he loses his command, then he'll be batting practice, but through 1.5 starts, his command is pretty good. The thing I like about him is that he is around the plate and pounds the zone, but isnt afraid to get guys to chase.
