Thus far this spring, he's allowed 7 walks and 8 hits in 7.2IP, although prior to his last outing, he'd done well through 5 innings. This sentiment, though, is echoed by what I have said in the past. The guy was a wreck out of the rotation in low A and when they simplified things for him, he dominated in the pen. I am unsure he can do the same out of the rotation. It seems like Doubront is close to locking down a spot in the rotation and we shall see who locks down the other. It could be very interesting in sox camp this yr
