yeah, he was 0 for 4 until that AB. I am starting to....kinda...hope ARod hits in the clutch. Wow. I only asked for him to have solid ABs in the clutch. I had no idea he'd be this good.

lost in this is that Torre intentionally burned out our pen before the sox series. What a douche. 84 pitches through 4.1IP sucks, but why the hell pull him after a 1 out single? That guarantees 4.2IP of relief. Rasner was pitching in and out of trouble all game, I just dont get Torre sometimes. Now a guy like Vizcaino is tired from having a poor outing, Farns is unavailable for tomorrow and our best long man had to go today. Really annoyed at Torre for that. I thought Rasner was pitching well enough to fight through 5+, maybe 6.

their middle relief has been so bad that they would rather have an okay starter in the rotation and a shutdown setup man vs an ace and a s*** reliever. -
Tavarez is on fire. Any other day he is up by a few. But he had to draw Doc.

pretty good. His curve is hit or miss, but when he is missing, he is missing out of the zone. He is a little wild with the 2 seamer, but only one has been hit hard.
