Overall, I would say the offense kicks it into another gear after the ASB, contrary to your snarky remark. Time for the pitchers.
Andy Pettitte- he had a rare bad finish to last season, but even with his abysmal 2008, his 3 yr second half performance is a significant improvement. His ERA is 0.60 points lower in the second half, his WHIP is .07 lower and his K/9IP improves by 1.5 batter per 9
CC Sabathia- His ERA over the last 3 yrs drops from 3.60 to 2.40. His WHIP drops by 0.10
AJ Burnett- his ERA drops from 4.64 to 3.28 post ASB. His WHIP drops by 0.18 points.
