  1. Cause him hitting Cano in the knee and smirking wasnt a purpose pitch
  2. No doubt that was intentional. CC did it the right way throwing right at his butt. Some guys arent as nice.
  3. First pitch drilling of Pedroia. Retaliation maybe?
  4. Ramiro Pena and Darnell McDonald are the stars of the game thus far. Really?
  5. Ramiro Pena starts off the rally. Man, the little guys are chipping in big time
  6. Is Dojji now Japanese? Doiji?
  7. Gardner in the 2 hole. Love the line. Black hole bottom of the order though
  8. BAA has gone up in his last 2 starts, with a BABIP of .290 and 2 walks in 14IP. Walks going down, K's remaining the same, hits going up a bit. You are running out of thread
  9. Losing a 19 game winner aside, right? Dutchy, what will be your next SN?
  10. Thames for now. Montero soon after. Not happy about this wrist injury. He's missed 2 full seasons due to the wrist in his career
  11. Sub 1 WHIP and a strikeout per inning, yep, completely lucky. LOL. Another delusional sox fan. Good to see Dutchy back in full force.
  12. Results don't lie my friend. And tomorrow, I bet someone pays for Cano getting drilled. My guess is a Joba ball behind youk's dome
  13. Passed with flying colors
  14. Wouldn't really be true after last postseason, eh?
  15. SO the sox win 4 in a row at home and you are out of your shell? Wow, that was fast.
  16. Lets see if Hughes can make his case for ace type status tonight
  17. Their offense is feast or famine. At home, these last 4 games, they had good swings and got back on track. They are a better club than what they have shown to this point. BUT, if they have another few week rut in the SP category, they are done. Their offense isnt strong enough to slug it out with teams on a regular basis
  18. I hope ARod lines one off this dope's pitching arm
  19. Mitre is their only MLB option. As for the AAA options In the AAA ranks, Hirsch is pitching like a man on fire. Remember, he once was a big prospect who flamed out in the elevation in Colorado Springs and Colorado. He still throws well with good stuff, so he is probably first in line. He has a WHIP under 1 and an ERA right around 3. The next option would be Ivan Nova, but they would probably want to hold off until later in the yr. Nova is a guy with great stuff who is finally starting to pitch to his ability. Setting him back with a poor MLB showing could be career killing. The final option, and probably the best long term option is Zach McAllister. He's a sinkerballer with impeccable control, the only problem is that he has been hit quite hard in his first taste of AAA So, if Vazquez is out for an extended period of time, Mitre would step in. If Pettitte needs to hit the DL, my bet is that Hirsh takes the hill
  20. Vizquel fielded circles around Guillen.
  21. This is not the same Pineiro. He ditched the 95 mph heater and throws almost exclusively sinkers. He was dynamite one time vs NYY and not so for the other. also, this isn't the same Papi
  22. The last time you said it, though, you were Imperial
  23. Elbow stiffness. Getting an MRI. Not good
  24. We sent down the wrong reliever. Robertson had a he'll of a 2009, but he doesn't have blowaway stuff. If his command is off, he isn't useful. He needs to work on some things. Wouldnt surprise me to see Robertson optioned, Javy DL'd with Hirsch and Melamcon coming up
