Yeah, he has not been a good pitcher, even when healthy, since he got hit in the head by a line drive. He has been completely ineffecitve.

Yeah, he broke his finger in a cold april night game in Baltimore, I think it was actually the sixth game of the year. Then STern played the next day. I went to that series, so I remember.

If Coco returns to Cleveland form, very possible, then I will be perfectly satisfied.

There really are two categories. I have to take Pujols, Jeter and Vlady. I think Vlady is interesting because he could be put in the tools category or the hitter category. He doesn't get enough credit for being an all-around player. As for maybe the one guy who could legitimately be an "all around star" (pitching included) its gotta be Carlos Zambrano. Haha

Honestly Manny is not a pain in the ass unless you are just that gullible and tuned in to what the media says. What does manny ever actually say? what does he really do? He never misses games or anything.

I think is all speculation. Heyman has no real basis for saying that the trade talks have picked up, he just thinks they will. I don't see any of this happening. And anything that trades Manny for any hitter not named Pujols or Soriano is a bad deal

By the way check out ESPN.com for Patrick Hruby's E-ticket investigation, which concluded it does not exist, or at least not as the three foot, late breaking pitch that was originally rumored.

I saw an article that said the fore finger is imperative to throwing the gyro, that it apparently stays in contact with the ball until the last second, and with an overarm throwing motion will make it spin in bullet motion.

I believe Pedro probably throws it when he screws up the circle change, it sounds similar.

I believe his final year of eligibility in baseball was last season. I know he is playing with the Cubs, I'm just explaining why.

If the Nats want what it was rumored they did, the Sox should not make the trade. If Lester does return and is healthy, and none of the candidates like Manny D and Piniero are suitable, then Paps can go back. But it all depends on Lester being fully recovered.
