    this is not a guy they raised and are now dealing because they havent been able to win with him like Beltran, Damon, etc. He is new and they will probly keep him for a year at least. I love the idea of getting him, but it doesnt seem realistic. If we did get him, it would probably cost us a top prospect pitcher, maybe the kid goin tnite

    not a good idea to put mirabelli in. Varitek is better at handling young pitchers and his line against Lilly is one of the only good ones. .357 AVG, .455 OBP, 2 doubles, 1 HR, 2 RBI

    i hope so, but francona seems awfully cautious, but he should definitely sit out this game, not worth the risk with Lilly vs. Pauley

    i think you put Cora in the 2 spot and Gonzo 8 or 9. I prefer 8, as ive been saying and put Youk in the 9 hole to complement the top of the order

    First off, Nomar is impossible. The Dodgers wont trade him and he cant play SS. Rollins is probly not on the market. Wood is great, but I would agree with giving Pedroia a shot. If we were to bring someone in, Counsell sounds good to me, but that would require the Dbacks to fall out of contention or have a dire need of something we can give them
