    Dude I totally agree. If we signed Bonds and got the world series, I probably wouldn't even watch because there's someone on our team who cheats. Like Yankees fans hate Pettitte, you know? I probably wouldn't even celebrate if we won the World Series, I'd be so fed up with the front office and their trying to win baseball games.

    It's not even the hype. Nobody ever hyped him as a home run hitter. Its just flat out wrong.

    Whaaaaaat? No. He's not a power hitter. Only, what, 24 players have EVER hit 500 home runs, and they were all extremely good hitters who consistently hit for power for a very very long time. I'd be surprised if he hit 200 in his career.

    I wouldn't say he has nothing. Last year he had a 3.70 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP and has nearly identical numbers this year.

    Soo Jay Bruce, with all of 29 PA's already has a VORP of 11.4, or higher than Teixiera, Fielder, Mauer, Carlos Lee, Markakis, etc. So yeah hes pretty good.
