    This performance by Beckett is orgasmic. Two to three pitch outs. I love it. He's only up to 70 pitches, I hope he goes at least 8.

    Yeah, Harris and Stern are both great utility players. They both play stellar defense and Harris can steal bases if he has to.

    Some of you are insane, I'd sign Clemens to my team all day. Clemens puts us over the top.

    He's doing great as a closer, but to make him the mainstay closer would be wasting his abilities. He can definately pitch a stellar seven innings every five days.

    The plan, as of now, is for Hansen to eventually become the mainstay closer, and for Papelbon to become part of the rotation.

    The 406 club are now open air seats, plus a whole nother deck of seats were added on increasing Fenway's capacity. Thats why Fenway attendance records are being broken almost every night. The open air seats are truly the best seats in baseball right now. Also they've added concession stands and a whole bunch of other stuff. The renditions look as usual as if they've always been there.

    I, was the one who originally posted today's game thread, but KeepTheFaith was oblivious to it, just kidding haha. But the reason why I'm eager in starting a game thread is because I wanted to get added to schillingouttheks' standings.

    If the Sox had Schilling-Beckett-Clemens as their trio heading into the postseason theres no doubt the Red Sox will win it all. Plus, you'll have Papelbon or Hansen closing out games. Maybe have Declarmen as a set up man. You can never have enough pitching.

    Yeah, I hear you. If the reception goes bad though, put it on 1080AM, and the WEEI telecast will be on there. That reception lasts all the way until you reach the Mass./NY border.
