  1. Better than a gimpy Darin Erstad.
  2. He won't, and Hinske gives them more versatility. He can play OF, 3B, and 1B.
  3. Games Started: 1996 - 34 97 - 32 98 - 30 99 - 34 00 - 35 01 - 16 02 - 31 03 - 30 04 - 31 05 - 30
  4. For a guy as out of shape as he is, he's surprisingly durable as a pitcher (line drives off the knee notwithstanding)
  5. lol
  6. I still cant belive people thought Darin Erstad was a feasible solution.
  7. Honestly, who gives a s*** about the f***ing Giants?
  8. lol.
  9. It's essentially even, the 3 points are only given because it's in Indy.
  10. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2735974
  11. I say we need to give Youkilis more than one full season before we start worrying. Let him have the chance to make adjustments. Darin Erstad, over the last few seasons, has probably been the worst offensive first baseman in the entire league.
  12. Who wrote that article? I believe it was Yankees homer murray Chass. Yeah, let's move our worst defensive player into a tougher defensive position. Great idea.
  13. So why the f*** would people want singles hitter Darin Erstad on the team?
  14. Ok, so long as you're levelheaded and not a pink hat bastard.
  15. I bet you wish we kept ALLSTAR PITCHER BRONSON ARROYO and signed PEDRO (ILUVPEDRO!!11!!) and need to resign the dirt dog TROT NIXON
  16. Why the f*** is this a thread?
  17. This doesn't make sense. I find there is a bit more of a difference between the Colts playing inside, where they can use their speed to their ultimate advantage, as opposed to playing outdoors in possibly s***** conditions that will slow them down. Face it, even if the Game was in Foxboro, the track isn't as fast as it is in Indy. I don't think the home/away difference has that big of an impact. Yeah, the game the Chargers essentially handed to you. The Patriots won and they get all of the credit in the world but if they play like they did on Sunday do you honestly think they'll beat the Colts? I think the fact you are taking them so lightly does show a sign of disrespect. I wouldn't take a team with Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, and Marvin Harrison so lightly. I also think the Chargers were limited in what they could do by their QB. Rivers is essentially a rookie quarterback. Peyton has a lot more experience and is head and shoulders the better QB. And since it's the most important position on the field, well... Could have fooled me.
  18. If they admit to/test positive, yes.
  19. I didn't realize that last point. Thanks.
