  1. I have 39 teams set. These are tournaments still to be decided (that will only get one team): America East Big Sky Big West Colonial Conference USA (assuming Memphis wins) Horizon (assuming Butler wins) Metro Altantic (assuming Siena wins) Mid-American Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Northeast Patriot Southern Southland Southwestern Athletic Conference Summit Sun Belt Western Athletic West Coast Conference (assuming Gonzaga wins)

  3. His agent contacted the Sox not two weeks ago to see if there was interest. God you're dumb.
  4. Wasn't his hip problem detected last June? I think it's funny how Yankee fans are super optimistic that he'll be back in a month and a half when he needs a second surgery to finish fixing the issue. Good luck with the band-aid.
  5. I agree, ARod has the most physically fit hips ever. WTF
  6. You do realize Lowell is like 17 months older than ARod right?
  7. I think UConn and Pitt are locks. Louisville has 5 losses and benefitted from the unbalanced schedule in the BE. UNC just locked another #1 down with their win against Duke. The last #1 seed comes down to Louisville or Memphis. If Louisville makes it to the finals of the BET, I would take their case over Memphis even if Memphis wins.
  8. lololololololololololololol Best post ever. I have mixed feelings of the deal. If Lester replicates his 08 it's obviously great, but it seems a little foolish to give him 5 years guaranteed when they can still go year to year with him. In terms of financials, it's good for the Sox and good for Jon so I guess that's the important thing.
  9. The theme. I was joking - but I have more chance of pitching for the Sox this year than Pedro Martinez.
  10. If Duke beats UNC, Pitt and UConn are locked into #1 seeds IMO and a case can be made for Louisville. Memphis has to win the CUSA tournament.
  11. Makes too much money and has really struggled lately. Time to LTIR Fernandez and call up Rask? It's clear Manny isn't right.
  12. TB game on NESN...Varitek just K'd. Awesome.
  13. You want the two outfielders with the highest injury concerns playing CF?
  14. Starbury replacing Rondo as the starter today (injury precaution). Should be interesting.
  15. Ellsbury....and who else?
  16. So many things wrong with this post where to begin?

  19. Both. http://www.talksox.com/forum/other-sports/10359-its-most-wonderful-time-year.html
  20. I agree and expect to see him as a Yankee by the end of May, after ARod opts to have surgery.
  21. Neither can play CF though.
  22. When I get around to it I will make a thread on my field of 65 and the rest of the tournament. Congrats to Louisville for the Big East regular season title, it helps when the unbalance schedule works in their favor but I'd rather it be them than Pitt. Tough loss for UConn today, I can't help but think if Dyson were healthy we would have won both Pitt games. Best time of the year by far, two Boston teams in playoff contention, March Madness, Red Sox right around the corner.
  23. It's not his choice anyway. He is a HOF player no doubt.
