I'll go the unpopular route and say Jones gets sent back to Pawtucket, and not just because that's exactly what is going to happen. Lopez will get the chance to redeem himself much past the middle of May. If he gets cut, he probably won't get cut until the middle of July at the earliest. -

I hope you all realize that dropping Ortiz that far in the order makes little to no difference over the course of the season (maybe one win). Couple that with the unnecessary drama that would result (and Ortiz is a bit of a drama queen, no question about that) I just don't see the benefit.
