    Let's also not forget that DP is one of the hardest guys in the league to strike out....so the odds of him putting it in play are good.

    I am probably in the minority here but if papi can have surgery and be back by mid september i would do it. He can rest his shoulder and be good to go........it's worth the sacrifice to chance getting the old papi back

    Could be......the bottom line is we had a fast guy on 2nd with no outs with the top of our lineup at the plate, and we couldn't put the ball in play once.

    well considering we didn't get the bat on the ball after lugo it wouldn't have mattered...not to mention lugo's speed scores on just about any base hit so why give up an out

    The point was the o's always seemed to get better against us at the end of the game (intensity wise right till the end)...where as is looked today like they relaxed after getting posada and abrea, thus giving up the HR
