    actually, I think your window is closing. Posada is back. Sheff is back tomorrow and by then, our lineup will be only down 1 man, which we can bear. RJ had 7 consecutive horrible starts, he wont stay this bad for this long. Chacon will miss one more start and Wright has filled in for Pavano rather well. The yankee ship will be righted starting after this series as we get the flopping royals and by then, posada and sheff should be back in full swing. We are 6-7 in our last 13, 6-8 if we lose today. 3 games in the L column is nothing. You should have been 5-6 up by now....

    this yr, we have lost our 3 in Chacon for 2 weeks, our 4/5 in Pavano for likely the yr. We lost a .300/30/130 guy for 20 days. We lost a .300/25/120 guy for the yr likely. We lost our .270/25/90 guy in Posada for 4 games. Our .300/10/75 leadoff guy has a broken foot. Our MVP is playing like a most voluminous pussy. Our "ace" is pitching like a guy on the shuttle back to Colombus. Considering the shipwreck that this team has been lately, it is a miracle that we are within sniffing distance of you guys...

    thats a sign of a pitcher who doesnt have confidence. He gets up but doesnt have the guts to put them away. He will learn, he is still a good young pitcher, but he is not sure of his stuff yet against the sox. His time will come, it might be this yr, who knows, but he is having trouble with his confidence today....

    today was a bad one. Nothing clutch, and if it wasnt for Shea's terrible scorer, we would have tagged glavine with 0 earned runs. 21 baserunners and 3 runs? That is plain inexcuseable. I hope the dog saved it for this series, cause if he is gonna be useless, he might as well fake an injury and get his ass out of here. That was an awful showing....
