Red Sox lineup: Ellsbury out again

Terry Francona has posted his lineup for Game 5, and he once again kept Jacoby Ellsbury on the bench, this time putting Coco Crisp at leadoff. The struggling David Ortiz is still in the No. 3 spot. Jason Bay and J.D. Drew switched spots in the five-six slots, probably because Tampa Bay starter Scott Kazmir is tough on lefties.
That also explains, presumably, why Drew is not leading off, as he did in Game 4 when Ellsbury sat. Crisp is 9 for 30 in his career against Kazmir. Drew actually sat against Kazmir in Game 2 in lieu of Crisp and Ellsbury. Drew is 1 for 7 (a triple) against Kazmir. (I'd also like to point out, as Amalie Benjamin so kindly reminded me, that I was way off predicting the lineup in today's chat.)
(Career batting average, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage against Kazmir in parentheses.)
