    I listen to Dan Patrick and El Rushbo Monday-Friday. I don't watch any news/opinion shows at all. I haven't for years. I still enjoy reading the newspaper from time to time. Edit: And I stopped going to my homeowner's association meetings years ago because of all the whining men and women. Pointless.

    It's annoying that the team stinks. I'm not a blind moron to that fact. But bitching and whining about it isn't going to change anything at all. All it does is ANNOYS FRED! IT'S ANNOYING!! My skin is very thick, always has been. It has to be since I'm pretty much being the lone female poster out here. But when grown men whine and bitch and throw tantrums, it's very annoying to me. If you don't like my expressing my annoyance, maybe you should take another alleged 30 day hiatus. I know I'd welcome it. I try to stay as positive as possible when the Red Sox are playing like this. I have always enjoyed my Talksox family through thick and thin. You would never know it's May or that the Red Sox are the 2013 WS Champs. Three WS in 10 years is incredible, especially since my first 30 plus years of fandom we hadn't won one. I won't apologize for being happy OVERALL with the Red Sox.
