  15. OMFG!!!!!!!! On National TV no less. I AM SHOCKED. --------------------------- Red Sox will roll the dice with Adrian Gonzalez in right field tomorrow Posted by Peter Abraham, Globe Staff June 28, 2011 10:19 PM By Peter Abraham, Globe Staff PHILADELPHIA — Terry Francona didn't come right out and say that David Ortiz would play first base tomorrow night with Adrian Gonzalez shifting to right field. But he told NESN that Ortiz was likely to play first and that the only way that could happen would be to put Gonzalez to right. "That's what I hear," Ortiz said. Said Dustin Pedroia: "It'll be good offensively, but damn, I've gotta play second, first and right. That's a lot of ground to cover, man. I've got small legs."
  16. Don't bring reason into this damn it They do seem to play at home every other series.
  17. David Ortiz to pay first base tomorrow Posted by Peter Abraham, Globe Staff June 28, 2011 06:42 PM By Peter Abraham, Globe Staff PHILADELPHIA — We can confirm a report by the Herald that David Ortiz will play first base tomorrow night. But the Red Sox have not decided for sure yet whether Adrian Gonzalez will play right field. Presumably, he would because he is more of a threat offensively than Ortiz is. It would make little sense to weaken the lineup for the sake of Ortiz getting three extra at-bats. Stay tuned for more after the game.
