    I heard on ESPN the offered happened but Gammons said Boston is unsure about dealing prospects, which makes no sense if the deal was actually offered. I do that deal in a heartbeat. VA Sox Fan, thanks for the bit about Bard being untouchable, he's the one prospect i would not let go of.

    I agree Crunchy its pathetic how expensive it is to take your family to being the game. This will kill teams in the future becuase of HD TV. Who needs to go to a game now when you can sit in your house, see a picture as good as being at the game, slam beers that dont cost 7 bucks and chill with your buddies or family. The price will go down when the demand goes down, that is not to far away. Random question. . .how many more years are we on the books for Lugo?

    It says a third team could be in the deal bc the Jays want a SS. I'd suggest Lowrie but I dont have enoguh confidence in Lowells hip, also I dont know if the Jays valvue him at all.

    Stats dont show everything. Feliciano is almost like A-rod, he'll come in and do fine when they are getting crushed or visa verse. How many Met games have you watched? I've probably seen around 90% in the past 3 years and every time Feliciano comes in during a close game the end result is never good. You are one of the better posters I think you would know that stats can be misleading.
