  1. lol, ya i meant he'd win between 13-15 games, maybe more depending on run support and if he can stay healthy
  2. i said win 15 games, not lose 15
  3. i doubt it, the first thing he did with his new user name was create a thread about who likes the red sox. He obviously has some type of mental problem or something like that.
  4. maybe 2 if Wright and Pavano keep sucking
  5. I see Wang winning 13-15 with an era around 4
  6. I think its a little too early to judge Wang. But if RJ and Moose stay healthy for you guys, they will be a good 1-2 punch at the top of the rotation. Not as good as Schilling and Beckett, but good enough to get the yankees wins with their offense.
  7. Clement looked good against Baltimore, but that doesnt make him a reliable starter. This was Wangs first good start of the season, so he still has to show he's consistent. If he pitches well in his next 2 starts, then id say the Yankees have 3 reliable starters.
  8. i think Ellsbury will be a good major leaguer to. His got great tools. I think he'll turn into a Damon, with a stronger arm, more speed and a little less power
  9. that kid is unbelieveable. If he drops to pick 27, the Sox better take him. Hansen was supposed to be a top 5 pick last year, but because of boras, he fell down to the late first round. Hopefully the same thing happens with Scherzer. http://mutigers.cstv.com/sports/m-basebl/mtt/scherzer_max00.html
  10. that doesnt look good. I was hoping he'd pitch well enough to possibly be in the roation by all-star break if we dont find a replacement for Wells.
  11. which is kind of what i was getting at which was that the Yankees will come back strong and finsh near the top of the division. So red sox fans should enjoy this while it lasts.
  12.
  13. isnt this exactly like the yankees start last year? They get no pitching, Rivera blows a couple of saves and they start out below .500 for the first few weeks.
  14. wells took riskes place. dinardo was supposed to be sent down for wells, but because of riskes injury dinardo stays up for a while
  15. kind of a random fact, but did anyone else know that Seanez is an ultimate fighter? http://www.meadvilletribune.com/prosports/cnhinsprosports_story_054131049.html
  16. why not try dinardo as the #5 starter, if wells continues to struggle like this?
  17. i dont understand why so many people think that the Willy Mo trade was bad.
  18. wlly mo--1 arroyo--2 this guy just has so much power, the ball just jumps of his bat
  19. one kid on my team throws 85, another 83 then we have about 4 kids in the low 80's, high 70's.
  20. good work by dinardo to get out of the jam
  21. to bad theres no "physically unable to perform" list in baseball like there is in football
  22. id tell Wells to either lose 30 lbs or retire or he'll be cut
  23. hahaa hopefully he isnt throwing a 77 mph fastball. theres atleast 8 kids on my high school baseball team who can throw harder than 77
  24. thats exactly what needs to happen. Theres obviously something still wrong with him. His velocity is down and hes leaving most of his curveballs up. pretty bad looking performance by Boomer tonight. I still think Papelbon takes his place sometime in the near future and atleast by all-star break.
