well i had three pitchers that i wanted this round, it was Verlander, then Liriano, a couple position players, and another pitcher that i hope will fall through to me again. With Liriano becoming re-available, that was the choice.
well soon it will get to a point were you can risk the "emotional damage" because he cant get much worse. it will either upset him and he still wont be producing, or lights a fire under his ass (shoots some steriods into his ass, whatever works) and he starts hitting again

i think its very telling that he denied his appeal. Even if it comes out that what he used this time werent steriods, its pretty obvious he doesnt want the extensive background checks
