  1. Pedro too, might be leaving the game in 2 years.
  2. That's what I was thinking.
  3. Well realistically, we was probably never goint to be a Sox player again anyways. But he'll be a first ballot hall of famer no doubt.
  4. Hmm for sure, he's only 1 and 6 this year?
  5. The Heat win 98-83! Good game, hopefully they go on to win the series. I'm sick to death of the Pistons.
  6. Agreed, I'd take a less than 100% Crisp any day of the week.
  7. Hmm good point, I'm not saying it's outside the limits of possiblity, I'm just saying as of right now I think it's doubtful.
  8. Well Jeter is a shortstop, I doubt he can productively hold down that spot until 38 or 39, so they'll have to move him. But where would they move him. As has been noted, A-Rod holds down 3rd base, and I'm not sure Jeter could play 1st. He could DH, but at 38 will he really have enough pop left in the bat to justify that spot?
  9. I agree fully.
  10. Hmm I think he has a good shot to pass Gehrig, but I think 3000 is a bit out there.
  11. I just dont' think they have the experience to pull out what will be a tough pennant race with the defending World Champs.
  12. He still can sure, but I doubt he'll get 1000 more hits in his career. Even if he plays like 10 more years, he'd just barely miss because you have to think he only have a limited number of truly productive years left in him.
  13. Rough, we just gotta buckle down and win.
  14. So it's exclusive in the spectrum of Yankees, but not MLB in general.
  15. I wouldn't even know if I'd know who they were if they were wearing their uniforms.
  16. Not exclusive, but not meaningless either. Congrats to Jeter.
  17. I fully expect the ChiSox to surpass the Tigers by season's end. I think they're still a year away from maintaining a full season of excellence.
  18. It's pro baseball, it's business. You don't cry about it.
  19. He should man up and send the guy back down to Triple A, or bench him or something. Crying is about the last thing you should do, it shows weakness and you need to project strength.
  20. Hmm while it would be nice to see the DTrain roll to Boston, my guess is it's highly unlikely as I'm sure the Marlins would demand way too much than we're willing to give.
  21. That my friend, is an excellent question.
  22. Haha I think you're about two years too late in hoping that.
