    Breslow was very good when given the opportunity alst eyar, he came in soem tough spots and did his job. If Okajima is the set up man (cross finegrs for closer) we all hope he could be, breslow could take voer as the lefty specialist.

    Id rather have Cordero big time. He's younger, cheaper, and should develop into one of the best in the game soon enough. Plus he does look cool with the flat brim.

    I agree, I think we were a bit too impatient with Coco. If we get a good closer with him though, Ill be cool. Then again, we got Ellsbury comin up n he would take Cocos place anyway

    Yeah, out of all the yankee sluggers, he scared me the most. Just how quick his bat was, and whenever he used to swing it looked like he'd cause a vortex. I mean yeah he's getting old, and he's a selfish player, but he was scary as hell.

    Your tellin me Minny's/Anaheim's line-up isn't half bad? Also isn't the 16th in September a little soon to be packing it in? Considering how we chizzled your 10 game lead to 2 a few years ago, and also it's the Yankees, the most tight ass team in abseball, they're supposed to "not stop playing hard ever" or so they say.

    And why is it when he loses bad he gets "POUNDED" and yet when he wins it's either because it's a not too heavy hitting team or a team that's "packed it in"? A little biased I feel?

    Maybe it's a 14x4 contract, or maybe its the largest given to a non-MLB experienced player, Idk, maybe they just ponied up. f***in' Scott Boras.

    When you look at it, 15 mill isn't as bad as you think, especially if we sign him to a long contract, then we might end up saving money instead of having to re-up the salary at the end of the contract we wanted.
