    I remember that. You were complaining about Eduado Perez being in the line up against RJ. I remember responding Perez should be in the lineup because he has very good numbers against Unit and he has a 1.000 OPS against left handers.

    A-Rod got an easy GB and he threw wide to 2nd and the throw pulled Green off the bag not allowing him to get the out at 2nd. Green got the out at first however it kept the inning alive.

    Lets be real for a second here. If the Yankees play at there current winning % I believe the Red Sox have to play 800 baseball. Is that likely to happen with Kyle Snyder and Kason Garbage....Gabbard(With Lester hurt now) starting? The Yankees are going to have to tank it against the likes of Tampa, and Baltimore the rest of the way.

    I could have sworn you gave up. Renewed hope after losing 2 games to the Mariners? To use some words from Rick Pitino: Pedro Martinez is not walking through that door. Derek Lowe is not walking through that door. Johnny Damon is not walking through that door. An entire bullpen is not walking through that door.

    Yankees recent skid doesnt suprise me. This team is gased. 21 games in 20 days? They need to come home and get an off day. This skid wont last long esp after next Sunday as the schedule gets much easier.

    It is crunch time and that lineup without Manny in it looks terrible. He needs to suck it up and play. Johnny Damon is playing with a broken toe and a sore shoulder and hes had that since late April.

    Sometimes I think we all need to take a step back. Is the guy having a terrible year (for himself)? Sure. This one bad year doesnt mean his entire career was a fluke. Hes on pace to break Henry Aaron's record and a slew of other offensive records. Does A-Rod annoy the hell out of me? Sure, but you have to keep things in perspective.
