    yeah he won from 2000-2004 . the only time he didnt win was last year 2005, and this year he's only 2 points down with 3 races to go

    the F1 has been constantly changing the rules since 2000 to stop shumacher from winning and its not working face it he's the best and ORS if its the least restrictive racing sport ,how come no one else but him can dominate since the F1 has started ?

    dont know if anyone is into formula 1 here but i am, the best driver in sports history is retiring and i must say its gonna suck , i enjoy watching him race he's unbeleavable, but yet everybody else in the sport is happy to see him leave and getting their cheapshots in . its a disgrace , what do you guys think if you watch it? i think he should change his mind and come back next year and kick everybodies ass again as he still can ,i was kinda schocked when he announced it as he is still really good at it and might even win his 8 championship

    people focus alot on ortiz and tend to forget manny but look at some of manny's stats compared to ortiz, OBP SLG AVG OPS ortiz 400 633 287 1033 manny 447 628 326 1077 edit not to mentioned manny has actually been a great defensive player this year

    dosent matter now cause with the situation in hand ortiz isnt gonna win , however if not for his condition he would have had over 55HR and 150 RBI's wich he would have won it no matter what playoffs or not , without ortiz in the lineup the whole year the redsox are at least 10 games under 500 right now

    well this just goes to show that this is a 2 man team , ortiz and manny and your seing it now , 2 runs scored in the last 3 games

    maybe cause he went 10 for 20 the entire series not to mentioned 7 walks 5 runs scored and 3 RBI's , if he was with boston instead it would have been a big difference , he was accountable for 8 runs in that series and not to mentioned making the opposing pitchers throw alot of balls ,take him out of the lineup and you have a crappy guy replacing him for an easy out wich would have helped preventing quite a few runs in the series also since with the yanks he is hitting 368 with a 477OBP he would be deadly infront of ortiz and manny

    loretta is 35 im sure he still has a few good years in him and the price we are paying him this year 3,250,000 , he was well worth it, id take a chance for another year from him at the same price
