    This isn't going to happen for one simple reason the Sox are not stupid and know what can happen when u face Manny therfore they are going to try and trade him as far away as possible. He won't go to a team in the A.L East.

    Since Renteria is now gone I was wondering if someone could make me a new advatar. Maybe something with either Jason Varitek or Adam Stern. Ok thank you.

    I know I wouldn't. Unless Manny is on Boston they won't want him in their division so this trade will never happen.

    Unless the Orioles are complete idiots I dont think Tejada will be going to anyteam in the A.L East.

    So now the Sox have no more SS who exactly can they sign to fill the spot. I know it cant be Nomar he hasnt even played a full season in like 3 years. Yet another position to try and fill. Horrible move by the Red Sox.

    I don't get why Milwaukee wants him back. He struggled horribly last year. They must see something in this guy that noone else can.

    I dunno about this one. The Rangers really didn't help themselves very much here. Washington got a steal for a trade.

    Why trade the guy it was his first year yeah he struggled defensivley but he was solid with the bat and I can't see the Sox get some big upgrade from Renteria.

    Farnsworth isn't something to get all excited about. He is a mediocre reliver and he was the one who chocked in Game 6 against the Astros and let them tie the game. He is an incosistent pitcher with half decent stuff. So he doesn't make the Yankees any more dangerous.

    Why trade Manny for Abreu. You can get so much more than Abreu for a guy like Manny. I don't see this deal going down at all.

    The Mets have made a couple of big moves in the past week that is going to improve their team alot. Now apparently Minya is really trying to bring Manny to New York.

    They really are overspending on Brian Giles. No way is he worth 5 years.

    I don't like the idea of Shoppach and Youk in with Clement. I think Clement and a prospect.

    I was pretty suprised to see him go to Toronto. Apparently Toronto was the first team to offer him a 5 year deal as well. Either way this is going to make the Toronto bullpen alot better.

    I say try and make a deal for Lyle Overbay but if they can't do that then give Youklis a chance and start him at 1st.

    It's a good deal for Boston. But Clement may come around this year in the second half. He pitched great in the first half of the year and if he can get his stuff together in the second half he will be dangerous.
