Just because our offense wasnt as dominant as it was in past years, doesnt mean it was bad by any stretch of the imagination. It's a solid offense, not a great one. That being said if Manny and Ortiz hit close to their best levels, it can be a great offense.

Game time! Where have all the posters on this board gone? It has been really inactive here lately.

He pitches for the Reds and if he stays healthy he is going to be the next Pedro Martinez. He is 5-10 and throws 96-97 consistantly with a devestating changeup. He is only 22 years old, and made his major league debut yesterday going 7 innings giving up 1 hit 1 run, 10k's and no walks. Nice win, Lester was impressive other than a few control lapses, good to see Ortiz and Tek start to hit. Hopefully Manny can get back in stride in Toronto where historically he has raked.
