  1. Tampa would need to spend that money on their pen, not a 41 year old starter with injury and consistency issues
  2. sending Gagne a message, about f***ing time
  3. christ, Gagne is gonna come in with a small lead, I can feel it now...
  4. off-topic a bit but im watching the As-Jays game on TV while i have the Sox on the computer and f***, Dan Haren is damn good
  5. baffles me how Lester does well in starts when you'd think he'd be rattled (MLB return, Fenway return) but shits the bed in every other start
  6. alright, now that we've seen this douchebag, it's time to light him up
  7. still sounds better than the bag of line chalk I was expecting to get for WMP
  8. quite simply a bad joke on my part referencing the hall of fame receiver
  9. Big Papi's 2005 Mercedes-Benz : SL-Class SL65 AMG Just Papi being Manny I guess
  10. I still think she might be some fat, 50-something guy named Carl, not unlike this gentleman... http://mikey.i.ph/albums/images/obese_fat_guy.jpg just throwin' it out there...
  11. nice, we could use a solid veteran receiver to compliment a deep threat like Randy Moss
  12. couldnt have said it better myself
  13. if he comes in during a tightgame, its basically been a coinflip whether or not he's gonna blow it. thats consistent?
  14. relievers have to be consistent. Gagne has blown 3 games, given up a run in another which didn't cost us and had 3 outings where he hasn't given up a run. thats not consistent
  15. considering top pitchers hit the free agent market less and less these days and the fact that its damn near impossible to get a top tier pitcher without developing your own, it makes the trade a must do for the Sox under any circumstance
  16. f*** YOU MATTHEWS, YOU (insert alleged racial slur here)
  17. oh wow, talk about turning the team into a National League lineup. id almost rather have the pitcher hitting
  18. that REALLY doesnt say much for Cash as a hitter
  19. and then Ellsbury goes down for Kielty?
  20. I'd agree with you, except if Buchholz was given a regular spot in the rotation, he would most likely surpass his innings limit for the year that the Sox have placed him on
  21. id be surprised if they got a bag of line chalk for him
