  11. The general attitude in RSN today after this weekend's annihilation of the White Sox that resulted in a 7 1/2 game lead in the division seems to be that this is the weekend the Sox won the AL East. The headline on BDD is "South Side Sweep Locks Up AL East for Surging Sox", the general attitude on EEI is that the Yankees are done and even the beloved Yankee fans on this very message board seem to be throwing in the towel. But the Sox have 31 games left and the Yankees have 32 games left with 6 head-to-head games coming up. Considering how fast a 14 1/2 game lead got knocked down to 4 games, I am very hesistant to say the division is locked up. How confident are you?
  12. good news is Gagne may be settling down after a few good outings lately
  13. he'd better hope we go 6-25 in the last 31 games
  14. he's been a wonderful pickup. could be one of those pickups that no one took much notice of when it happened but proves to be an integral part of something special, maybe along the lines of Dave Roberts
  15. seems like we've owned Vazquez ever since his first pitch in game 7 of the '04 ALCS
  16. east is still far from done, not with 6 head-to-head games left
  17. I'd disagree, a 46-7 4-game beatdown beats a 49-26 5-game beat down. besides, 2004 was still worse than last season :harhar:
  18. sweet f***ing jesus, ive never seen a series dominated like this one
  19. which concludes a Friday that was the best for RSN in a long time
