    You won't see intelligent Yankee fans posting anything, cause right now you guys are slightly better off than us. Are pitching is in shambles, are bullpen only has TanGorMo. The hitting is good, but if a starter is good it can be held down. So who ever gets a some decent pitching, via a trade or getting someone back from the DL will win. The only thing I don't get it why some Sox fans are so confidant? Yea your in first place but you can fall easily, its only 2.0 games( O's) and 2.5( Yanks). I think you guys should be relieved, (just like I am about my team) that your team is in first with all the bullpen problems you guys have been through.

    I didn't vote in the poll after the first round. Last year I learned my lesson I swore Berkman was going to win. I didn't predict I-Rod to make it to the final round.

    I picked Jones, but after seeing the first round Aberu has a good chance. He might be tiered, Papi is still in it, and so is Lee. So things might get interesting.

    I think the playing field is pretty even. If the pitching could hold the offense ( both sides) should be a good series. I think it will be a split, neither the Yanks or the Sox are going to sweep each other.

    I haven't watched him too much, but for the NL they said on baseball tonight he would do well. So I picked him. I have a strong feeling about Ortiz, I can't believe I am cheering for this guy lol.

    Also if the division stays the way it is, it might be decided the last days of the season. We play you guys the last days. I don't want it to come down to it, but knowing the dramatics these two team produce it probably will.

    Ok I am a Yankee fan, but I have to say something. How do you know that he will fail( Not that I wouldn't like it, lol) he might come out and be MO ( or as close as he can be). Lets not get too cocky, he has ruined our playoff dreams before he can do it again. I would love if he was a starter and then he would fail, cause then he can be lit up. Yankee fans lets not assume the guy is going to combust on the mound, but as a Yankee fan I will not rule it out either. Is he pitching in the series against us? Closer I mean.

    I don't have blind faith, after last year I know better than that. I know the upcoming teams are tough, and that our pitching is not the best. I still have confidence in our starters ( as little as they may be, lol) and in our hitting. In denial I am not, I know what Boston, the LAA, the Twins, and Rangers can do. They have very good pitching, good hitting, and good defense. If I start to panic and worry I will drive myself crazier. I take the season one game at a time, I understand completely what you are saying. Believe me Pavano is not on my favorite list, but is better than Mays. All I am saying is that miracles can happen, I think as a Sox fan you will agree with me on that.

    You really amuse me. I wasn't baiting anyone, I expressed my opinion that is all. I don't really care what you guys think of me or my team. As long as I am having fun ( which I am) on this site. Most of the people here are civil and know what they are talking about. If it bothers you that I am here, well that is your problem. Good Wishes to all.

    I wasn't BEGGING to see any one all I said is that Yanks will be seeing the Sox. What is it with you and your feeling of superiority? It was only last year your team FINALLY beat mine, you call Yankee fans arrogant but you are proving to be the same. And your sig amuses me, cause many of your fellow fans were ripping Edgar a new a couple of weeks ago.
