    If the dramatics play out ( most of the time they do) both teams will be battling it out in Oct. Hopefully the Yanks don't have a royal melt down and f*** things up. I'd love to see the Sox make it to the PS, makes things interesting. I want another ALCS! How does the Secret Santa thing work out ( How are the people picked, gifts mailed, etc.) Where is my fave person on this board?!

    My brother paid $325 a piece, Main Championship I think there a steal ( 1st base side). I will be there, cheering for ( if we win tonight) a possible clinch.

    If you put it that way, I understand but seriously the biggest baseball markets IMO are on the east coast. But whatever, Starbucks + Redbull here I come! Lets see if the guys can pull out a win, heading 2-0 w/ Turkey pitching @ the stadium sounds good.

    LOL, I didn't make them up one of my Sox friends did. The person was saying that this would probably be the way the Sox loose. I would have an epilepsy if he was pitching to Ortiz AT ALL, he deserves to sit in the bull pen and not even get up. Firing Torre, I can't get into this. Just that possibility makes me sick, I love the man. He is one of the reasons we have been so dominant through out the years. Now Game 2 a waits! I need some rest or I will need a lot of liquid crack to keep me awake. BTW what the hell is wrong with the game times?! I need my damn sleep, I do need to get up at the crack of dawn to get an edumacation! Ugh, when will they stop being incompetent asses and schedule s*** correctly!

    Be still my heart, lol. I would love this, cause I don't know if we can battle this series out with the Angels. Overall it was a good game. Colon only used his fastball and his location was horrible, when he need his breaking stuff he couldn't spot it. Hopefully tomorrow Wang has his power sinker, and gets a lot of ground balls. If you keep Figgins and Cabrera off the bases, it will be good. As long as Vlad comes up with no one on.

    Ok I know we only have won the east, and now into the playoffs everyone starts clean. But how can you say that this Yankee team hasn't overcome obstacles?! Seriously some members on this board said we wouldn't even make the playoffs, let alone win the east. Not trying to be a bitch but lets give credit where its due. You can call the team a bunch of overpaid bitches, but don't say that they can't overcome obstacles. All they asked for was a little courtesy. Just like Dusty Baker (sp) did with his team, its IMO for the integrity of the game. He played the regulars. Buck could have done the same ( and let them play more than 3 innings or whatever it was), its not like they had to be rested for the playoffs.

    True but think of it this way, would the Sox have won the East if they had Mo? I think so, because not having Foulke lost them them a couple of games. I really wouldn't mind if Ortiz won the MVP, if Alex won it also ok.

    Personally, I think that Alex's speed and his defense give him a slight edge. IMO Mo should win it, with out him we are nothing.
