Bad business? Do you know what it costs to cool a 25,000,000 cubic foot space? Tampa has AC, and they couldn't fill the seats.....when they sucked. The Astros stuggle with attendence.....when they are awful. Field a winner, and people will go*, like in Texas this year. *Except for in Miami, who can never get the fans to show up.

Two words....Brian Giles. Nava is listed as 5' 10" / 200, and Giles is listed as 5' 11" / 195. Also, Giles never showed particularly strong power before the age of 28, which is how old Nava will be next year. Not saying he'll be that good, not saying he won't either because I like his approach at the plate, but body type is not what will limit him.
