    Braden this season on the road in 7 games, 1-1 with a 5.51 ERA Matsuzaka this season vs Oakland in 3 games, 2-0 with a 2.55 ERA. At home in 11 games, 7-2 with a 3.65 ERA

    no dice, Francona says he is what he is, a starting pitcher. So I imagine if he does come back, he'll replace Buchholz in the rotation

    Craig Hansen and Brandon Moss are both better off in Pittsburgh. Boston was too much of a pressure pot for Hansen, going to another city is what Ive always thought is best for him. No doubt I expect him to be an all star set up man (possible closer?) for the Pirates. Moss gets an actual chance to be a starting outfielder, didnt expect that happening anytime soon here The winners of the 3 team trade were all 3 teams. LA got Manny, Pittsburgh added 4 talented prospects, Boston got rid of a clubhouse cancer and added a 29 year old slugger in Jason Bay. Theo was forced to the event that even Mannys own teammates wanted him gone, this was a trade he had to hold his breath and do it

    Agreement, bullpen depth is always good. Maybe the Sox can catch lightning in a bottle if he really earns a promotion from Pawtucket

    lol "If you dont pick up the options, Manny will behave." Thats basically telling the Sox, if you pick up the options or nothing at all, he will continue to be a cancer for you. Pack plenty of sunscreen and thanks for netting us Jason Bay!

    What a f***ing game to be at!! Lester started rough but once the doble play was turned, I knew their lead wouldnt last long. The Sox bats came back in a hurry with 2 HRs, Yooouk and J-Bay connecting for his first jack as a Red Sox . He is isntantly becoming a favorite, already seeing a flurry of people with his jersey on. I even got a bay t-shirt of my own. Lester continues to pitch like the ace has been this season. 15 Ws is def achievable The team just seems different since Manny left (true just 2 games), hopefully Dice finds a good groove and the lineup continues to get their niche. Oh and Im going to be depressed when Lugo comes back from the DL, Lowrie needs to be the starting shortstop! Eveland this season on the road in 10 games, 2-5 with a 5.81 ERA Lester this season vs Oakland in 4 games, 2-2 with a 3.57 ERA. At home in 12 games, 6-1 with a 2.87 ERA

    Dodgers lost last night 2-1 (weird same score, just different outcome). 9th inning, leadoff man is at 1st base, Manny with the crowd going wild comes up to home plate... grounds into the 6-4-3 double play!
