We're pretty much the same for Division winners... Eagles, Bears, Saints, and 49ers in the NFC. Seahawks and Cowboys. Chargers, Patriots, Colts, and Bengals in the AFC. Broncos and Ravens for the Wildcards. The Broncos fate depends on Jay Cutler. Shanahan's put him in a position where he just has to minimize his mistakes for this to be a very good football team -- like Phillip Rivers last year. The kid's going to be a great QB but he's not there yet. Travis Henry will shine in Denver -- Denver's system is tailor made for a RB like Henry. Dre Bly opposite of Champ Bailey should scare some QB's... and now Denver has an actual D-Coordinator! The AFC West will be more of a tossup between them and the Chargers than people expect, I think. I think Randy Moss will be good but will be something of a disappointment in New England. I still stand by the fact that he's not the player he used to be. The Patriots will be the class of the league during the regular season, but I think they get knocked off by San Diego or Indy come playoff time (Manning does own you guys these days). Chargers are my Super Bowl Champs. Oh... and Gruden sucks with personnel decisions. Also... I'm adopting the Jaguars as my local team to cheer for, but they still are well behind the Broncos and 49ers on my priorities list... I just hate not having a local team that I like.

I love it, actually. It's just a few seconds behind sometimes, which isn't all that bad. Very rarely is it the case where I click on the gamethread and see someone celebrating the results of the play before I get to see it.

I did because I saw "LUGO!" posted before MLB.tv showed the play.

You could probably go further into the West than top 3. I'd still argue that with an off-season under their belts to get the chemistry issue together and learn how to better play together, the Nuggets are better too. But there's some if's, there. For sure... the Suns, Mavs, and Spurs are all better. This Celtics team still has a lot of chemistry issues to work out.

Then you haven't watched KG play enough. What do you think he is? A banger down low? I'm not saying he's the softest player ever but he does play relatively soft.

I would agree with this. But I think come playoff time they're in trouble. I love KG but he plays soft. Ray Allen plays soft too. I can't speak intelligently on whether or not Pierce does. You can't play soft come playoff time and you have to be able to play defense.

The Celtics have two problems... they're soft and they'll be completely incapable of getting late game stops.

The Cavaliers got lucky. They caught that pathetic Wizards team, a Nets team that was far from legit, and Detroit played terrible, terrible basketball. The Heat had Gary Payton, Antoine Walker, Jay Williams, Alonzo Mourning, Posey... Doleac and Shandon Anderson were as good as anyone coming off of Boston's bench this year. They were FAR from just being Shaq and D-Wade. The Celtics have their big three and nothing else.
